It is surrounded by the fascinating mountain world of the Zillertal Alps and only a 2-minute walk from the Spieljoch lift. Come in and enjoy the magnificent view of the Zillertal mountains from every window. Your vacation starts from the moment you arrive! You will find a wide range of leisure facilities for young and old, as well as a great program of activities throughout the year. In winter, the Hochzillertal/Hochfügen/Spieljoch ski area awaits you with 200 km of ski slopes, 85 lifts, and numerous winter hiking trails.
Enjoy your vacation with family and friends in our two new and modern 4-room apartments, each measuring approx. 110 m² on the ground floor with a garden lounge (mountain view) and on the 1st floor with a balcony (valley view). Our fast fiber optic internet is available in both apartments at all times. In winter, you can store your ski equipment in the ski room and our ski boot dryer helps to keep your boots dry. Parking spaces for 2 cars per apartment are available directly at the house. You can select an individual code for our Keyless Go locks, so you no longer need to share a key within your group.

The Spieljoch Lift
The liftsystem of the Spieljochbahn is only
200 meters away from our house Gondelspaß.
In the winter, the lift takes you to the Spieljoch ski area. At the lift station you will find a practice slope for beginners, ski schools and the ski bus stop for a direct transfer to the ski areas of the Hochzillertal and Hochfügen. Various skiing schools will teach you or your kids how to ski or snowboard on the slopes or off-track. In the summer you can reach the Spieljoch hiking area.
It doesn‘t matter if you go for a hike, visit the Öxltal mine or enjoy the family attractions such as the water park, the barefoot path, the climbing wall or the flying fox, the Spieljoch adventure mountain has something to offer for both young and old. If you need some time for yourself, the new child care at the top of the Spieljochbahn will take care about your kids and babies. For the elder kids there is a programme available of a whole day of fun.

The village center of Fügen with supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Throughout the year, the adventure thermal Zillertal with outdoor pool, a show cheese dairy and many other possibilities for tennis, horseback riding, etc. invite to enjoy your stay.
In addition to numerous hiking and climbing opportunities there are many other recreational opportunities, such as the 18-hole championship golf course in Uderns in about 3 km, the Schlitterer bathing lake in about 6 km, the Achensee in about 16 km or the Swarowski Kristallwelt 19 km away.
